Vakalatnama Format & Guide
What is a Vakalatnama?
A Vakalatnama is a document by which a party (client) authorizes an Advocate to represent them in a legal proceeding. It is the formal instrument that establishes the advocate-client relationship in the eyes of the court. Without a valid Vakalatnama, an advocate cannot appear, plead, or act on behalf of a client.

- Advocate's Name: The name and enrollment number of the authorized advocate(s).
