Mohammad Hesamuddin Khan

Mohammad Hesamuddin Khan, also known as M. H. Khan (born on 8 September 1977), is an Advocate at the Allahabad High Court. His academic background includes a (B.A.) and (M.A.) from Aligarh Muslim University, and an (LL.B.) from the University of Lucknow.

He was enrolled with the Uttar Pradesh State Bar Council on 11 January 2003 and began his practice at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation across a wide range of legal areas, including civil and criminal law, arbitration, electricity laws, negotiable instruments, securitisation, recovery matters, motor vehicle laws, and family disputes.
