Nikhil Chugh is an Indian advocate, legal educator and author based in Panipat, Haryana and a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association. He holds a BA.LLB (Hons.) from Chandigarh University and an LL.M in Constitutional Law from Kurukshetra University. He has also pursued an MBA in Finance from Kurukshetra University and has qualified the UGC NET examination in law. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law from CGC University, Mohali and a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law Policy (PGDELP) from National Law University Delhi.
